Freshwater Society
Don facilitated a groundwater information system for the Great Lakes Region for the Freshwater Society which involved eight U.S. states and two Canadian provinces. The project involved a Delphi process to establish consensus on groundwater issues. The information system included key issues, key audiences, and effective communication methods.
